We are dancing this Tuesday night from 7:15 to 9:15. Last week Linda taught Galyam, Galyam (Bulgarian), Joyce taught Ne Klepeci (Bosnian), and Gordon taught Gras Kalo (Roma-Serbian). Ne Klepeci and Gras Kalo are dances that Lee Otterholt presented in Portland a few weeks ago. Lee suggested that looking up the band Kal on YouTube would be fun. He was right, so here it is--Kal, a self-proclaimed Rock-N-Roma band, doing Ding, Deng, Dong (the music for Gras Kalo). Last week we enjoyed these dances: Adama ve Shamayim Adjon az Isten Arap Arap - Turkish Elerinka Galyam, Galyam Gras Kalo Ikariotikos Inaduna Kali tihi (tixi) Krici Krici Ticek Moj Maro, Moj Marinë Ne Klepeci Neda Voda Nalivala Pandalaš Podaraki Sadilo Mome Setnja Shalauna Sitnata Plevensko Sitno Malisevsko Svatba Syrtós Tokyo Polka Tragnala Rumjana Trakiiski Vrtielka Ya da Kalinushku Lomala Yar ko parag Zagoritikos | |
