There is folk dancing in Corvallis at Gatton Hall at the First Congregational Church, 4515 SW West Hills Road this Sunday night with the first performance of the Corvallis folk dance band, Živeli. They will do almost an hour of Balkan dance music. Members of Živeli are:

Bill Pfender, clarinet
Brian Wood, tambura, guitar and bass
Jeffrey Muhr, guitar
John Scott, percussion
Amberly Rosen will be playing fiddle and background vocals at the Grand Ole Opry with Terri Clark. Terri hosts the 7:30-8:00 (5:30-6:00 Pacific time) portion of the show, playing songs at the start and end of the half hour. It is broadcast live over the internet by 650 AM WSM out of Nashville, http://wsmonline.com/. They also have a phone app.
